I reported the "heads/tails" to the moderator a hour after it appeared. I even sent an email to admin as well to remove the childish stunt. That's not welcome on any site.
thank you...
It does seem to have been removed now.

Re: Need Help - Selling off a Collection

hello...
if you decide on an auction house, then do post the where and when you think the collection might be up... I suspect some here might like to 'see' some of these.

Good luck.

Maybe this coin in a winner with you guys Can't Seam to win here 😞 Haa ! Thanks Heads I win ..😝 Actually, I don't appreciate this at all!! It's not funny, but it is inappropriate, both for the site, and to the members. If you are trying to get something special from rolls of circulation c...

agree with coinguy too - the differences could be accidental damage and it looks like there is corrosion on the one photo too.

Re: Circulated Canadian coins sets

The answer to this really depends on what you are seeking to do and what your 'sets' are. If you are just looking to have one coin of each type for each year, then you can do whatever you like. The sets you are putting together could be kept together in better packaging later, but you could also jus...

Re: 2000 Canadian dime with a mat finish

I am very glad you are learning. That is most excellent. The coin clearly has circular wear and marks - this could be from using something to clean it- think a toothbrush or cotton swab that was making circular motions, or just rotation in a pocket - I've psuedo coloured where I see this on a few se...

Re: 2000 Canadian dime with a mat finish

The coin has many nicks on the rim and your images indicates many small scratches on each side. The reeded edge looks rather worn in places. The 2000 dime without a P - no letter or the W - should be just over 2 grams, not less than that. Doesn't seem to have or be anything special to my eye. Also, ...

Re: Wonderful hobby of World Paper Money

Thank you for sharing your experience and your notes. 8) 8) I admit that I am partial to Canada's notes, with their colours and interesting stories, but I do appreciate the coloured notes of other places. I lived in the USA for a while and people were clearly not aware how annoyed I was at hearing h...

Re: 2000 Canadian dime with a mat finish

It is really hard to tell from the photo - could the matte finish you are seeing really be a result of just a lot of little nicks to the surface? It does not look like a true RCM coin that has a finish like that. There are some acids and bases that could be added to give a bit of a matt look too, bu...

Re: Radar notes

I would keep them if the only issue is that little corner edge - get them into protective sleeves to keep any other damage from happening to them. Some of what they could be worth would be related to who the signatories are - and I didn't check on that, but you should. I like that the $20 has a rada...

Re: Bank of Canada notes to be graded

Fantastic review. Thank you! And I would like to send a group out. Things getting held up at the border was one of my concerns for sure. The other was having to pay a duty of the grading and the bills again, although a record that you owned them before should suffice. Would very much like to stay in...
