You should if you send it back as is and there is no damage done to the bill itself where the cracks are in the holder

Although PL-65 is common in the sets there are exceptions Cameo - Heavy Cameo - Ultra Heavy Cameo coins demand better premium's than normal PL-65. The higher the grade the higher the value to some collectors as well as eye appeal. After 1968 not many sets are worth much unless its a variety set some...

you put the Country the coin was minted in, 1 coin per line preferably in the date order example Canada 1 cent year and how you wanted graded plastic flip or hard slab

This 1890 with the I in DEI is the same coin listed in the 2011 Charlton coin book 65th Edition page 327 nice find

I can say yes to the 1896 the die crack on the obverse from the C in Canada through the bust and out the A is a marker.

I don't know about the obverse 5 cent coin
