1880-H Canada five cent is it a OBV2 or a OBV3?

A lot to take in.I will keep studying them, I just mite get it right someday. Thanks again for your help. I just purchased a Charlton standard catalogue Canadian Coins Volume one 2011 65th edition. To help me understand the large cents. So far not so good as you can see by the coin I had posted.

I think I finally understand between OC-2 and OC-3 that Bill in Burl explained to me. Is this a OC-2 with intact N in Regina? I have ten 1892 coins and five I believe are OC-2 and five OC-3. Is one more scarce than the other? Thanks again for all the help I have gotten.

I need help with these two 1992 Canada large cents. Are they OC-2 obverse also the N's in Regina are intact were as my other 1892 coins have the bottom of the N's broken. I also noticed the D's in Canada are doubled. What would the grades be and value if any. I know that's asking a lot to ask.
