Your right guys, don't know what I was looking at. It is only the beaver that has a high relief.
In that case certainly not getting graded or looked at.

Re: 1751-1951 Nickel
You don't say where your from so hard to tell you where to get it appraised. If it was my coin, I would send it in and have it graded, then would it not only be certified and holdered which valuable coins should be, but you could tell the value by whatever the grade was. Nice find though, how did yo...

Re: 1954 0ne dollar bill
I think if you check those bills that you will find that they are Beatty-Rasminsky replacement notes.
That series runs from 0091201-1468000.
What you had inquired about previously was the Beatty-Coin Series.

Re: Request GradingAssessment &opinion as to shoulder strap or no strap.
That is a SF.
Easy to tell, look at the "I" in DEI, if it is straight as yours, it is a SF.
If the "I" is flared, it is a NSF.

Re: Great blue heron loonie
The 2009 Great Blue Heron Loonie was part of the 7 Coin Specimen Set for that year.
There was a different bird on the Loonie each year.
You will not find it listed on the website as it was not a business strike meant for circulation.

Re: Wide date???
On the Narrow Date, the 2 is close to the 5.
On a Wide Date, the 2 is further from the 5 almost touching the hoof.
As the 2 was hand punched into the dies, even this can vary slightly.

Re: Coin mintage
That is Business Strike coins for circulation.
Proof, Specimen and Uncirculated sets are in addition to these.
Note: There are no PL coins after 1976, in 1981 they minted what is
known as Uncirculated to replace the PL series.

Re: Coin mintage
On business strikes, I don't think the mintage is released until early the following year when the RCM
releases it's annual report. Maybe someone can verify this.

Hi adan7791 Hard to tell from your photos what you have. All I see are Queens which are basically worth face value. Would you please show pictures of both sides of the error and rare cents. These are the only cents that would be worth more but will need to see pictures. Also if you have any King Geo...

Welcome to the forum Jeff-
That is not an error, it is damage. Probably caused by a coin rolling, wrapping machine.
Quite common. Worth 25c
