what do they mean?

are uncirculated sets...they are in a clear pliable platic sleeve...the same as PL SETS ?
what specific grade are these RCM uncirculated sets?

going thru some pl sets from the mint i found a penny that has 2 areas of what looks like a dye slightly more red than the penny itself..sorry no pics....this penny has always remained in the plastic holder...any thoughts?

i am not missing eyeballs i saw them both this morning
what i am missing is an understanding of how this site came to the conclusion that a 1937 cdn cent graded fine is worth 50 cents

according to this web site a 1937 penny graded fine is 50 cents
but under the sold at auction price is 1.99 for a 1937 graded fine
why the discrepancy?
what am i missing?

i have a RCM proof silver dollar 1997
there are several different PF grades
which grade is this coin?
they only say proof without a number...
