I live in the States and am not Canadian but love Canadian coins and have found that coin shops will sell Canadian coins for less than face. We can buy at a .8. Also banks give us Canadian coins for free yhat they find in rolls. Some day we are going to have a free trip to Canada.

Why do you want to waste money with a Third Party Grader when you can see what you have? You are not interested in any grade that they will assign .. only that it's off-center. Unless a coin is worth $100 or so (and I mean what you can actually SELL it for, not what a book says), then it's not wort...
