Coin rolls information

Just wondering what types or coin rolls you can get from the banks?.
A year ago at my work we would only get CRP rolls for nickles dime and quarters but never for loonies or toonies; and as time goes on we haven't received any of the CRP rolls.
Is there a way to request older rolled coins or just hope for the best in the boxes when withdrawaling in bulk?.
Only ask because this coins shop in my city is selling a 1964 nickle roll for 93 bucks, and its in a older coin roll that hasn't been open.
Any information would help on my quest into being a coin collector.
