nfld coin one cent

one cent 1872-H with reverse victoria head is this date a normal one other dates 1873 etc head is same side up as front
any help?? Thks in advance

That is correct.
1872H is the only year that had coinage axis, all other cents had medal axis.

BTW, "medal axis" means that you are wearing an Olympic gold medal around your neck. Whichever way the coin flips on the chain, both sides are right side up so your friends can see and read it.
