Help on 25 cent proof coins, silver/steel.

Can anyone help me on finding out what years the RCM made a steel proof (frosted device on mirror field), not to be confused with the "proof like" coins.
I have the following years in the steel proof: 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Did the RCM make any in steel proof for 2001 to 2011 or 2013?
