I am not familiar with pcgs format, but i am assuming this is an image of the coin, not the coin itself. Under the banner it says true view.

As mentioned in an above post, this coin was part of a complete collection of King George V 5 cent coins housed in a Capital plastic holder. Had been in a private collection for 40 years or more.
