Canada 1 cent 1962 variety

Below find digital images of what appears to be a new variety of 'double hanging 2' 1962 cent. First, the 2 is hanging from a point to the right of the top. The second hanger appears to emerge to the right from the first hanger, then proceeds downward and terminates at the 2 even further to the right. Lastly, there appear to be two die chips or gouges located at the inner top and right of the loop of the 2.
