This 2005 silver dollar is proof quality and has been EXPERLTLY STUCK ? ( by the Royal Canadian Mint )
and has a limited mintage of 5,000 coins worldwhide.

Only the RED LEAF emanel has been struck in this coins. Has this piece been tempered with by removing emanel with a solvant ? Or simply a mistake RCM stuck error ?

Certificat number 2,409 of 5,000

Can somebody help me solve this riddel ?

Have a great summer

I would say that you are correct. The red can easily be removed.
As the red is applied after the coin was struck, (probably by pad printing) it seems highly
unlikely that only part of the pad was inked.
In any case, as it can be easily duplicated, there is no extra value to it.
