Pouting after purchase

I am pouting - no frowing - after purchasing two proof coins online from a well-known Canadian auction place. These were RCM type coins and listed that way, and I expected them to come in capusules. Not only were they not in capsules, they had been removed and put in 2x2 flips. They were not advertised this way, and I've gone back and checked to make sure it was not my mistake. And when these two were packaged with something else I ordered, these two were squished. When I asked about this change and shipping, I was told they did this to grade them and that I was just buying the silver content- I am sure they could hear my 'bu&42*t' comment from here. My not buying from them won't hurt their overall bottom line, but I am really annoyed about this. I could send them back, but I might as well keep them for the silver instead of spending to send them back.
