I am looking for information on this token. I found it in a bag of loose coins I purchased

It's called a Regimental Coin.
The Obverse shows the Regiments name and nickname, VP.
(Not sure what VP stands for)
The reverse shows the Regiments Hat Badge and issue number.
Did some research and found that 3339 was issued to a L. Palhazi in 1980.
Hope this helps a bit. Don't know if there is any value to it.
