1835 PEI Token: Die Cut Mizzen Sail

Post by Summitlaw » Mon Mar 22, 2021 4:20 pm

Re: 1835 PEI half-penny token (Ships, Colonies & Commerce). Can anyone help? Is a prominent die cut on the lower right of the unfurled mizzen sail, which is a key feature of PE-10-33, a key feature in other varieties of the token as well? I can't figure out how to double check. Thanks for any answers or guidance. I think I have a single-mint mark, round knob ampersand token with a die cut on the mizzen sail, but to double check, I'd sure like to know other varieties with the same mizzen sail die cut.
