I’ve been trying to find any single little bit of info on these and can’t find anything.

They look like modern replicas of old (maybe ancient)coins or tokens, and not very accurate. I don't think that you'll find any reference ... they could have been made last week.

I had these past down to me from my grandfather. After further research I guess they cane as a set , as a gift, in which there were 4 coins in total the other two were larger and higher denomination. They were sold years ago by an aunt. I know they are 24 K gold 1 lira arancia - Repubblica Italiana. The strange thing about these is that they are 1945 and the actual coin which was not made of gold and produced in 1946. I think they are some kind of commemorative coin before production. I think they are one of a kind and not a fake. Who would fake solid gold coins as a complete set?
