I can get any help to the value of this Bank note in US Maybe I can get a answer from Canada. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'm not sure if anyone here can help you but if you go the Coin Community Forum, they have a section
dedicated to "US Paper Money and Banknotes." List your photos there and I'm sure that someone will help you.
They have a couple of knowlegable members on early notes.

As much as I hate to, I'll recommend a Wikipedia article on US National Currency that has a good write-up You can also go to Ebay and check out the 4-5,000 entries for the notes from various banks. I would suggest that you make sure that you specify the 1929 issues, since they were being produced from the mid-19th century on. You'll still find over a few hundred from different towns/cities for 1929. The Wikipedia section is interesting reading, but Wikipedia is not known for having entirely accurate information and, for certain, some of the stuff on other topics has never been properly vetted. Even a few years ago, ANYONE could submit information or definitions on whatever word or topic that you wanted and it could be printed as the god's gospel truth.

Here's a link to the Ebay notes that have actually "sold" in the last few months. Smaller town/city banks seem to go for more money that the larger cities:
