Please explain where you see doubling.
Just looks like Wheatie that has lots of wear.

Do u see the line running down his face in front of the nose and there is a faint line running behind his head as well

Hard to tell without it in-hand, but it looks like die deterioration doubling or possible Mechanical doubling, neither one of which is worth any extra value. Just keep it as a well-worn anomaly. There is also a D/C from the nose, again adding no value.
