This 1997 D USA one cent is full of doubling and errors. Any comments please!

What are you considering an error?
I can see Machine Doubling, Split Plating, zinc dust and zinc rot.
none of which are a plus for the coin.

coinguy is right on the money. The coin is not "doubled", it is machine or mechanical doubling and the coin has an awful appearance. The OP can hope all he wants, but the coin is "no hope".
