2023 quarter
Looks like something was stamped into the M in Coleman and some doubling and machine doubling. I was not able to add all of the photos.

Re: 2023 quarter
That is a die chip on the “M” and Machine Doubling on the type. This is quite common
on these quarters with the sunken type. About 60% have MD.
In the future, please try to avoid screen shots, they are too pixilated to see fine detail.

Re: 2023 quarter
To me, the "M" looks like a clash, but I can't see where on the Obv that it could have come from ...... an "E"?

Look at the bottom of the “I” above the “M”, it has the same type of chip. There is
nothing on the Obverse like that to cause a clash. Doesn’t really matter too much
though, there is no added value either way.

Thank you so much for having a look at it. Still trying to work out the photo issues between the microscope and my phone and what will download in an attachment. Thank you for your input again I am still very new at all this, and was just very happy to find something of an anomaly

Well, you do also have some machine/mechanical doubling like you thought. It still loks like a clash to me, maybe the tie-down on his ponytail? I'm not sure how the dies are set for the 25c coinage. The edges are too flat & congruent to be chips.
