3.15g blank planchet

Found this blank planchet with rim, coin roll hunting today and I was looking for any information on a possible date range etc. It is non-magnetic and 3.15g. Thanks.

There is no Canadian cent planchet that weighs close to 3.15g.
Possibly a US or a foreign planchet.
