Has anyone seen or heard of a 63 penny with a still attached slivers on the obverse side on the "I" which is peeled up & "A" which is not yet started to peel of GRATIA. On the reverse there are signs of strikethrough of maybe Grease in two places.
There are signs of machine doubling signs of double die major die cracks through the bust of the queen & off center strike with multiple lines on the rim .
Yet I'd say the coin is in mid mint state condition.
I will try to get pictures with my microscope camera

Welcome to the forum
Sorry but I cannot tell anything from picture supplied. Too dark to see any detail.
Not sure what you mean by a “retained diecut or strike through sliver”
It is slightly misaligned but is within spec. The letters have to run off the edge to have any value.
A clear photo of both sides is required, without a good photo we would only be guessing
