Hello. I have what looks like an uncirculated 67 penny with a obverse pointing to between 1 and 2 o’clock. Is this common.

That sound like a slight rotation, not really uncommon with no or little added value.
Usually a minimum of 90 degrees is required with 180 degree rotation being the the most valuable and the one collectors look for.
