Newfoundland, 1 cent, 1941 C, doubled 4

In the digital images below, find a Newfoundland 1 cent of 1941. It appears to be a variety with doubling of the '4'.

Description:

The upper right side of the upright, appears to have slight surface doubling and slight doubling at the junction of the upright with the field.
At the junction of the top side of the crossbar and the left side of the upright, appears to be a notch; this is usually an indication of doubling.
At the far right of the crossbar a small CCW curved line emerges from the bottom right, similar in shape to the end of the crossbar. This is usually an indication of doubling.
SNAFU?? In examining the image of the Newfoundland 1 cent example listed as a doubled 4 variety on the C&C site, it appears to be an example of a Newfoundland 5 cent 1941.
All comments most welcome.
