Your showing two different cents but I don't know why you would think they have any value above one cent.
Can you elaborate?

Jay-
You are confusing what appears to be zinc rot and discolouration for errors.
This is just PMD.(Post Minting Damage)
Even if there were some die chips, they are so common that they would not increase the value. I suggest that you read some of the online forums showing what true major errors are, these are what you should be looking for. They are readily recognisable without the use of a microscope. There are many minor errors that do not add any value to a coin as they are just too common. Your trying too hard to find things that aren't there.
Here is a forum that I refer to a lot. It shows US coins but the theory is the same for Canadian coins.

Hi Coinguy,
You know what ? Your the best!.. That's the kind of ref. Im looking for, well this is my 2nd ref. you gave me, l'ym actually l'm learning a lot specially from you,
Really appreciate you!..
I will explore this ref. Coz l'm actually sorting my cAnadian penny, and l have notice that my coins has difdiff typ of metallic content in the same date of mint, so lm assuming they might fall under wrong planchet, if the basis is tge composition and weight? I got lots of 70's to 80's though

Not a wrong planchet.
2006 was a transition year where the RCM changed from copper plated zinc to multi-ply plated steel.
The mean weight of the copper coins was 2.25g and the plated steel was 2.35g so they would have a
slightly different tone to them.

Of course, anyone here will be glad to help you out.
Just post a clear picture of both sides of the coin with an explanation of what you are looking for.
Important that you only post one coin per thread in order to save confusion.
Looking forward to seeing what you have.
