1891 Canada Large Cent

I could use help on the grade of this coin and what type of obverse it is 2 or 3. I won the coin on a ebay auction. Any help wood be appreciated. Thank you.

It is an 1891 Obv 3 (by the crossbar on the E's) small date, small leaves SD/SL. It has been heavily cleaned and I'd give it a maybe VF-20, but the cleaning will take it down surely to F-15.

Why do you think it was cleaned? The color looks natural.

It has no dirt or crud on it for something that has circulated that much, I agree it has been cleaned at one time in its life
