Can anyone help identify this canadian penny?
And is there a value in it?

No value here. It’s a cent with lots of damage.

No it's damaged, maybe from use as a leveling coin under a table leg on a concrete patio, or it layed in the street and was run over by countless cars.

It looks like heavy road rash, worth 1 cent

There is really no value unless you have four more then the bank will
give you a nickel for them.

It could be used to level a table, under one of the legs.
