Welcome to the forum.
Not sure what help you need. It is just a well damaged coin.
It is known as a parking lot coin because it looks like it has been run over a few times.

Haha. Thank you so much for the insight. I have been looking at coin errors and am trying! I have so many pennies and other coins that i think it's time to purchase a magnifier. That being said, I have a penny that is in a sort of sleeve. Not sure if that would be an uncirculated coin or not. I'll post it as well.

I thought the penny was strange with the date of 1867. Shouldn't it have a different reverse for that year (1867 - 1967 I believe)?

It looks like the 1967 was there, but crushed out from rocks in the street, so you only see a "19". I'm not in to modern cents, but it may have been a special issue with those 2 dates. But it's worthless.

It should read 1867-1992 but the 1992 is obliterated.
