I think I have an 1886 canada 1 cent C2, triple punch 6.
The triple 6 is identical to a picture on an 11/28/13, post @ https://www.coincommunity.com/forum/top ... _ID=163762
I would appreciate a yea or nay from the guys at coinsandcanada before I label the coin a triple punch 6.
Thanks,
Ed

Yes, we put a TP 1886 in the 2011 CHarlton P 317, but it's a tad different than you two's. I think that they handpunched the 6 for the 1886's. With Obv 1a, there are/were 3 different TP's on the 6. One showed lower left, one like yours with nice offset inside the loop as well as upper right aabove the loop, and the one we put into Charlton. I have some '86 Obv 2's that are RP'd as well, but not with the huge offsets like yours and Charlton. There are also some other Obv 1a's that are RP'd, but not triple-punched.
