I bought this 1916 penny and noticed this colorful spot and did not know if it was cleaned or not.
I think it would be a MS 64 or 65 but please let me know what you think.

Same. I see minute wear as described from shoulder ornament to mustache. Not enough of a larger pic to see about eyebrows and crown.

To give a more accurate grade, we need to see a complete clear photo of both sides.

remove from the cardboard flip for the best photos - there is some marking that could be on the coin or on the plastic.
