1954 5 cent SF missing chrome

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and just have a question. I am in possession of this 1954 5 cent SF, to me it looks like a Missing chrome coin. What do the experts say thanks.

It looks chromy to me. Nickel doesn't shine like that with that lighting but, then again, I just had cataract surgery yesterday.

Not missing the chrome and even if it was, it is not recognized by the grading services
anymore as the chrome can be chemically removed.
