Hi I've found this nickel with a strange metal deposit on the reverse side. At first, I tought it was somekind of welding residue (lead) that has been purposly deposited on the coin but since I can't remove it and it rust I have to find another explanation. Anybody has any idea? Thanks in advance for your answers

Not a metal deposit, it's corrosion.
You can see where the plating has bubbled and
broken exposing the steel core that has rusted.

Similar, but this looks like verdigris.
That is when copper is attacked and turns it green or black.
Looks like the copper plating on that nickel has been exposed
and turned green/black.
