I’m thinking this one might just be damaged and not a mint error but am not sure.

Plating came off due to circulation. PMD.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. There's a chunk out of the coin on the left hand side (right hand side in obverse photo.) It was hard to get it to show in the photo.

That's just damage. Looks like someone tried to cut it.
Remember, it is only an error if it happens when the coin is being struck, anything after that is just damage.
