1932 near S far 2

Just wondering if anyone can help....is this a near S far 2 variety.....and overall evaluation of the coin.......
P.s I'm aware it's a circulated coin

That is a near two.
Coin has lots of wear and that scratch would probably grade it as a details coin.

What is a details coin?? I'm not familiar with that term!
