Is it possible to get both the Arrowhead and double 6 on the same nickel.
I will try to attach a picture of what I have.

It is only possible if it was on the Die in which case all of the Arrowheads would be Doubled.
You can’t have Doubling on some and not others.
What you have might be Machine Doubling.
