Not missing chrome. What you have is a coin where the chrome has been worn off by circulation.
A missing chrome nickel has all of the chrome removed so that all you see is the core.
The 5 is Machine Doubling.

Thanks for all your help coin guy , you've been a great help and machine doubling ? there are different types of doubling too? omg this hobby is gonna take a lifetime to learn wish I started sooner:)

For visual comparisons, here are 2 ( chrome & no chrome) , the latter found on a roll stored for 50+ years at my father’s cousin house.
