1951 high relief 5 cent

Wondering what this coin should be graded at and what would be a reasonable price for it

From the pictures supplied, I would say EF40.
Checking eBay sold prices and these would be certified coins,
a clean EF40 average price is $863.00 but one with scratches the price drops to $331.00.
Are you buying or selling? A coin like this should really be certified to get a more accurate grade and price.

In 1951, the mint switched to nickel plated steel coins and produced a set of
low relief dies to strike the coins as the steel was not as easy to strike as the nickel coins.
By mistake, some nickels were struck with the 1950 High Relief obverse die and these are
the ones that became valuable.
