1945 Doubled Die, Tripled Die, or Machine Doubling?

I recently came across this 1945 5 cent piece, and I notice a huge amount of doubling of the letters. Since I can't find a listing for a 1945 Doubled Die, I thought it was probably machine doubling, but I'm seeing much more than just a shelf after some of the letters. Your thoughts?
