No expert but it looks to me like the environment they where stored in caused it. if you like the look of them thats what counts.

Just the environment that they were in, either purposely or just natural. They didn't leave the mint like that. Why pay a TPG for pocket change?

Check the 2000 nickels for the P mark. They are hard to find. There were only 4,899,000 minted.

Adding pictures of 1967 quarter. Queen’s efigy should appear under 25 cents on reverse which it does not.

Windsorcoinguy, you should start a new topic for this. But not sure what your question is , looks like a normal 1967 quarter to me.

Slight rotation.
Quite common in '67
Not much of a premium unless the rotation is more than 45 degrees

Just a regular Centennial quarter. Did you compare it with another 1967 Quarter?
Also as stated, start a new post for each listing. This is important.

Didn’t know and still don’t how to post new topic

Compared it to others. More than a slight rotation. Quite a slant to the left of the effigy not falling directly under 25 cents on obverse.

Take a sharpie make a small dot directly above the Queen"s head on the plastic, flip over and you can measure the % of rotation, looks like maybe 45 degrees

Still not enough rotation to have any significant value.
Usually there has to be a minimum of 90 degrees with
the ideal rotation of 180 degrees to have much value.
Also the Obverse of your quarter is not perfectly aligned
so that would decrease your rotation.

The OP's obverse pic is not oriented properly, giving the illusion of more rotation than what is actually there.
