1965 Dime plancette error?

1965 Dime plancette error?

Found this coin the other day. It doesn't have a rim, could it be a planchette error or is it just worn that badly?
It is 2.0g, 16.3mm x 1.1mm

What's the weight and diameter. It looks like someone shaved some silver off the rim.

Not a planchet error.
Been damaged after the coin was minted.
Worth bullion value now.
