I'm with Bill it would cost more to get it graded than what it might be worth, if left in mint package it might have had a bit of value for a collector that collect mint package error's.

To be honest i dont think it is cud or die chip. I have gone through alot of examples and nothing seems to have the same ripple effect. I feel like there is possibility of a stike through. I wouldnt think this if i saw another one to match.
