1975 10 cents

I also have this 1975 dime, ive seen doubling in the DG Regina and the date of the reverse and seems a lot of dots in the 10 Cents also the center not sure if that happen during the mint so l just wanted to know more about this coin and l really appreciate if any inputs and observation may get from this coin..
