If a coin is mutaled or is any mutualted coins don't have value to a collector? this coin are those intensional or is there a possible that this happen during the mint? I've seen a lot of those coin appeared to be double face in different angle,

I don't think you will find meany collectors that would ever be interested in a coin that has post mint damage. unless it was a coin containing silver or gold and then you might get more then face value for it.

If they had any value, everyone would be mutilating their own coins.
If you learned the minting process, you would see that there is no way that
this or any other coin like it could have happened during the striking of the coin. It
