Hello I found this 10 cent I think it's 1993 it's very thin IDK if it's error or someone damage it.

It’s just damage. Has been ground down, probably intentional.

It is only an error if it happens during the striking of the coin and there is no way that damage could happen
during that time.

Yes that's what I thought, but it's a cool coin. I have more damaged coins for people to look at mostly old Canadian Pennies.
