Is it silver or nickel?
Kinda looks silver.
You can check with a magnet.
If nickel is it Ottawa or Philadelphia?
Looks like it may have a second minor clip at 2:30 reverse 9:30 obverse.

The coin is silver. The mark at 2:30 reverse is PMD.

Make make sense when it comes the the right side of the coin where you can see the differences of the beads; the fact that it is sliver.
