This 1991 Dime features strongly doubled 991.

I don't see any doubling. All I see is light reflecting off the tapered digits that are wider at the bottom. Also, the lines from some die polishing and harsh cleaning add to all the light reflection/refraction.

Really? The first 9 has prominent markings. Is that from polishing? The picture doesn't do it justice.
