Can you show more photos? Usually, the "blundered" coins (that I've seen) have some letter or design element directly below what appears to be an alignment mark between the denticles. Without seeing any more photos of the coin and design, it looks like machine doubling, but that's just a guess since so few letters show. It appears to be just 2 letters involved, so we need more.

It's just those two letters. Does this increase the value. Is this considered a variety

Yes, yours is a "blundered I". The first one I don't know because the 2 letters are "dpubled" so bad.
