Mint Error ??
I've had this since 2013. Is this a mint error? What are your thoughts.

Need some better pictures but, since Canada is gone as well as the tops of the sails I say a strike through of something, maybe cloth, maybe metal.

Not sure if it is a Struck Through or damage. I see what appears to be displaced metal at the top of the cavity.
A larger picture without glare of that area might help determine the cause.

Definitely legit. You see a good number of these with modern Canadian 10-cent strikes, for some reason.
It is impossible to fake this kind of error, because these coins are multi-ply plated, and you would see the various plating layers (especially the copper layer) and the bare steel core.
Nice coin, looks to be maybe AU condition??
