1943 10 Cent-Wear or flaw?

I found another dime in my new collection that looked well worn and I never even thought to examine it, after doing so I noticed the Bluenose was elevated higher than the rest on my dimes. I put a couple of dimes on a flat surface and there was no movement but the Bluenose sits higher than the rim and there is a slight teeter totter to the coin. I also have a couple very worn dimes but even those you can still make out slight details and this has nothing. I took some pics with a 42 to help illustrate my confusion. Thanks for any help.
