2022 Struck Through Scrap?

This came from a sealed mint box and I have classified it as struck through scrap. My thoughts were that the edges seem to be square which shouldn't happen with grease.
I noticed on this site that the "value" given for a struck through grease dime is $7.00 and a struck through scrap is $40! Is there criteria to determine grease vs scrap?
